My Training style
My training focuses on proven strength techniques: heavy compound lifts with high intensity, paired with efficient, intense cardio. I skip the fitness industry nonsense and stick to what actually works to build lean, strong, healthy bodies.
For clients that cannot currently perform these exercises regressions will be programmed.
Main movements
Squats
Deadlifts
Bench press
Overhead Press
Pullups (weighted if able)
Dips (weighted if able)
Dumbbell movements
I put myself through intense training so I can understand the struggles clients go through and to make sure I can “walk the walk” I will never ask a client to do something I haven’t done many times before.
